Jia Li obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences and Master of clinical psychology under the National University of Singapore. As a member of the Singapore Psychological Society, she is also recognised as an SRP-approved supervisor under the Singapore Register of Psychologists.

Over the years, Jia Li has worked in diverse settings, including public hospitals and community organisations, helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges. She believes that therapy is a collaborative and transformative journey. She provides a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, uncover strengths, and build resilience to face life’s challenges.

Beyond her professional work, Jia Li values self-care and connection. She enjoys baking, discovering new food experiences, and spending time with loved ones. Her creative pursuits not only nurture her physical, mental, and emotional health but also inspire the mindfulness, and balance she brings into her therapeutic practice.

As a clinical psychologist, Jia Li has a career spanning across diverse settings, including hospitals, community organisations, and specialised care services. She has provided tailored psychotherapy to clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as mood disorders, trauma, and adjustment-related difficulties. Her compassionate and individualised approach ensures clients receive care that meets their unique needs.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Jia Li has experience with psychological evaluations. She has conducted psychometric assessments for geriatric and psychiatric patients. She also has experience in custody evaluations for the Family Justice Courts and Syariah Court of Singapore. 

Beyond direct client care, Jia Li is also committed to advancing the field of mental health. She has developed experience supervising and mentoring trainee psychologists, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.
